Village Trustee Brian Bina is the head of Building Permits and Inspections. He will answer any questions you have about our building and zoning ordinances. He is responsible for permitting all construction and conducting inspections of all construction-related permits. You can reach him after 5 P.M. at  (217) 202-0167
