Public Records and Information
Open Records provides a mechanism for citizens to inspect or copy government records. It also provides for times in which governmental bodies may elect to, or are required by law to, withhold government records from the public. The Village of Ludlow supports transparency within our local government.
The Village of Ludlow provides the following ways for you to submit your Freedom of Information (FOIA) request.
Hand Delivery or Mail
You may request a form from our government offices and hand deliver or mail it.
Written Form
You may submit a request to any government employee in any written form, including by electronic mail, fax, or letter.
Good to Know
