As the legislative branch of the Village of Ludlow government, the Village Board holds open public meetings where local laws, policies, and basic decisions for the city are discussed and decided. Trustees are elected at large.

Regular Trustee Meetings take place at the Community Center at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month. Notice for all public meetings, along with agendas, are posted 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Meeting minutes are posted after meetings have concluded.  Please note that posted minutes are not "board approved" until the next regular board meeting at which time corrections may be made. Any corrections to minutes will be posted.

Q.  Can residents speak at the Village Board meetings?

A.  Any person not a member of the Village Board may address the Village Board as a whole, and not individually, with regard to meeting agenda items. They shall sign in prior to the start of the meeting; state their name for the record, and limited to 5 minutes unless further time is granted by the Board.
