Nuisance - Weeds, Grass

Chapter 25, Article 2 of Village Code defines unlawful grass, plant, and weed growth as a nuisance if it exceeds 8" in height. As such, it is declared to be a nuisance ordinance violation and property owners may receive violation notices from the Village.
