Notice: Invitation to Bid on 2008 Chevrolet Impala Interceptor

The Village of Ludlow will be accepting bids for the 2008 Chevrolet Impala Interceptor. If you are interested in submitting a bid, it should be delivered or mailed to the Village Clerk in a sealed envelope labeled as follows: BID SUBMISSION, ATTN: VILLAGE CLERK, PO BOX 177, 202 E THOMAS ST., LUDLOW IL 60949
Bids must be received by the Village Clerk by no later than 5:00 P.M., March 10, 2026. Bids received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender. The bid must be typed or neatly printed; it must include bidder’s name, address and contact information; and it must be signed in ink.
Bids will be reviewed by the Village Board of Trustees during their meeting March 10, 2026, at 6 P.M. The trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids. If the Board selects a winning bid, it will be announce at the meeting.
